Class Lineup

  • CoreBarre: Strength and flexibility exercises that target the entire body based on the correct position and alignment along with core integration.

  • CoreBarreVariations: Includes weekly variations with different class focus on upper body, thighs, glutes, abdominals, intensity levels, and using a variety of props including balls, blocks, bands, and loops!

  • CoreYoga: An athletic flow yoga with mindful movement based on alignment to build strength, muscle tone, and flexibility, with a focus on the core. 

  • CoreRestore: Full body stretches with a blend of mindful breathing and moving meditation, leaving you feeling rebalanced and grounded.

Covid-19 Safety Protocols

The following policies have been established to allow CoreBarreFit to safely welcome clients back to the studio for indoor fitness classes.

 

The purpose of this plan is to reduce the risk of Covid-19 transmission. These policies and protocols are based on guidance from the Center for Disease Control and NY State Dept. of Health.

 

We are fully committed to continually updating and revising this plan as new information about the virus becomes available.

 

Stay at Home if Sick or Exposed

If you have the following symptoms: fever, cough, sore throat, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, extreme fatigue, body aches, shortness of breath, rash or lost sense of taste or smell.

 

Face Masks

Face Masks must be worn before and after class. But if you are fully vaccinated, you can remove your mask once you’re at your barre station. Disposable face masks will be available at the front desk for anyone who arrives without one. 

 

Physical Distancing

There are 15 barre stations in the room identified by a green decal. These stations are spaced a minimum of 6 feet apart. Clients will select a station when entering the studio and remain at that station for the duration of the class.

 

Hand Hygiene

Hand sanitizing or washing should be practiced before and after class. Hand sanitizer will be available in the lobby area near the front desk.

 

Use of Equipment

We strongly recommend that our clients bring their own props to class. The studio will only provide hand weights from 1 to 5 lbs. Hand wipes will be provided to clean and disinfect your weights before and after class. Since the studio is carpeted, please bring your own beach towel or mat.  

 

Socks

Covered feet are required for class participation.

 

Water

Please bring your own water bottle.
